Jacquelyn Cox is passionate about her partnerships with clients and relishes the opportunity to help them grow and develop in meaningful ways. Prior to her work as a consultant, Jacquelyn worked in key roles with small, entrepreneurial start-ups, as well as larger industry leaders including Parsons and ExxonMobil on both domestic and international human resources and organizational development matters. Her experience helping organizations anticipate and respond to the challenges of growth, changing markets and business climates spans over a dozen years.
When working with clients, Jacquelyn takes an active approach to understanding the organizational culture, as well as business goals. She is skilled at asking the right questions, helping clients better understand their goals and desired outcomes. Her work -- whether facilitating discussions amongst business leaders, working one-on-one with clients, or leading leadership development workshops -- is designed to promote the organization's culture and elevate the capabilities of those with whom she engages. A certified Human Resources Professional (PHR), Jacquelyn has spoken at conferences and meetings on key workplace trends and the development of human resources professionals. She holds a B.B.A in Human Resource Management from Baylor University and a M.S. in Management from Texas A&M University. Jacquelyn is an active Houstonian whose current and past board service includes serving with The University of Texas Health Science Center Children’s Learning Institute, The Junior League of Houston, Inc., The Immunization Partnership, Casa de Esperanza de los Ninos, and the Baylor Business Network. |
